ASI is a Naples-based automated window treatment and smart home company servicing residences throughout Florida and the New York and Boston areas.
ASI was looking to expand marketshare, particularly within the New York and Boston service areas. It also needed to communicate that it was offering a broader range of products in a highly competitive business environment.
BW3 conducted a brand discovery session that determined the organization wasn’t properly communicating their strengths and competitive advantages. And they weren’t delivering a simple message that clearly communicated the full scope of services and benefits they offered. It was also determined that their logo and identity could use some refinement.
The company’s identity was refreshed so that it more clearly represented the product offerings. New and more benefit-oriented positioning and messaging platforms were developed. Finally, a new copy direction designed to elicit more emotional responses was put in place.
All branding and marketing components were either updated or recreated. This included the website, brochures, direct marketing, and sales support material. Each provided a clear and cohesive representation of the company’s full capabilities in a more contemporary and response-oriented style.
