Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating provides design, fabrication and installation of HVAC systems to upscale properties in NYC. With new business goals and a desire to expand into new markets, Comfort reached out to us to refine their brand.
The Challenge
Well-known in their target market, Comfort Air was looking to expand into a new market—mid-tier engineers, architects and contractors—who often assumed that Comfort Air was too expensive for their more modest properties.

After a brand audit and competitive review, brandwerks3 discovered that Comfort Air’s reputation for quality and integrity was second to none. Since the business was built entirely by referral and word of mouth, we developed the theme line Our Name Says It All.  We focused on the company’s 60-year history of uncompromising quality, family values, honesty and customer satisfaction to establish credibility in their new target market.
The Solution
brandwerks3 developed new brochures and related collateral that showcased Comfort Air’s work and communicated the values and benefits the company stood for. The new brand look and messaging is being integrated into an updated website.
