Integrated Dental Systems (ids) needed to build awareness of their new company-a manufacturer and distributor of an extensive line of dental implants and restorative products.

The Challenge
The organization needed to establish the quality, efficacy, and performance of its products. Although ids implant products performed as well, and in some cases, better than the competition, there was the risk the products’ Korean manufacturing roots could raise concerns in the US market.

The Strategy
brandwerks3 held a branding discovery effort to uncover why ids should be selected over the competition. A review of competitive products was a significant part of this discovery since there were so many on the market.

The Discovery Q&A revealed that ids implants included design features that provided less chair time for patients, fewer office visits, and more secure implant procedures. Healing time was shortened, and there were more positive outcomes. All provided by less expensive implants.

The Solution
Our strategy was to communicate how ids implants can benefit both dentist and patients. Patients spend less time at the dentist but still have a superior implant experience. Dentists are assured of better outcomes and save money with ids products.  As a result, we developed the brand theme More for you. More for your patients.

The Deliverables
Our branding efforts included the logo and brand identity, website development, trade journal print and digital ads, sales support materials, and trade show marketing.

The Results
Five years after coming to market, ids products are a huge success, and the company has exceeded sales projections.
